LossList is the self-help claim documentation app for homeowners — guided interviews, a photo-and-receipt inventory, and an encrypted claim file you control. ClaimForge is the claim-assembly workbench for licensed public adjusters. Both are built from 8 years in roofing and storm restoration on both sides of the claim — selling the work, running an emergency-mitigation operation, and working catastrophe deployments for several carriers as an emergency adjuster — on top of 30 years in technology operations. (Emergency adjusters are designated by carriers for declared events and work the carrier's side; public adjusters are separately licensed and work for the insured. These apps are built for the latter, by someone who has worked the other side of the table.)

Where is my data stored? Entirely on your device. Neither app has accounts, servers, or analytics. See the privacy policies above — the short version is: we never see your data.
What is the transfer code? When LossList exports your claim file, the file is sealed with encryption and the app shows you a code. Whoever you give the file to also needs that code to open it — read or text it to them separately. Without the code, the file cannot be opened by anyone, including us.
I lost my transfer code. Re-export from LossList — a fresh file and a fresh code are generated any time, at no extra cost.
Photos aren't location-stamped. Allow Location access (While Using) in Settings → LossList.
Is LossList giving me insurance advice? No. LossList is a self-help documentation tool — it records what you tell it and what you photograph. It does not interpret policies, compute claim values, or contact insurers. For claim representation, consult a licensed public adjuster or attorney.
